An Association for professionals needs to deal with a large number of technical enquiries and the NPA Information Department has an important position in the hub of the Association's services - making it one of the most visible faces of the NPA

  • Over 75% of NPA members use the Information Service each year.
  • So far in 2010 the team has received 210,000 calls.
  • In the last 12 months the team has spent 9,000 hours talking to members.
  • Over 200 news stories were added to the NPA website by the Information Service in the last 12 months.
