The pharmacist is responsible for the pharmacy they are working in and the staff within it.
Pharmacists are required to register with the GPhC on an annual basis to work and call themselves a "Pharmacist". The varied roles taken on by pharmacists' means they are required to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to keep them up to date.
